Angélica León is currently part of the Institutional Development team at YMCA Mexico as Fundraising Coordinator, focusing on collaboration with companies and foundations. She has led successful campaigns for the benefit of YMCA Houses for children and young people in mobility in Tijuana and Piedras Negras.

Edney Delgado brings nearly three decades of expertise at ACM São Paulo, where he has been instrumental in shaping and leading various programs. With a strong foundation in Physical Education, Edney holds postgraduate degrees in Sports Marketing and Business Administration, and a postgraduate degree from the Institute for Preparing Secretaries of YMCA Brazil.
YMCA Cayman Islands
Director of Philanthropy and Community Engagement at the YMCA of the Cayman Islands, she is an experienced professional with a strong track record in hotel management and supporting charitable and nonprofit organizations in the Cayman Islands. She has been nominated twice for the Cayman Islands Tourism Association’s Stingray Awards and has played key roles in opening luxury hotels. Her experience includes working in local media, leading fundraising committees and serving on boards of directors of several organizations. In her official capacity, she has been instrumental in supporting financial assistance and community development programs through the YMCA and other organizations.

Pam Havlick Hearn, CFRE, joined the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County staff team in 2019 as Chief Development Officer. She leads the Association’s financial development, marketing and communications efforts. Most recently, Pam served as Director of Membership and Education for NAYDO and also worked on project management with the Advancement team in support of Y-USA’s financial development strategies. She is an Annual Campaign Faculty Trainer for Y-USA. Prior to joining NAYDO, Pam served the Central Connecticut Coast YMCA, Fogelman Downtown YMCA in Memphis, TN, McBurney YMCA in New York, and the Greenwich Family YMCA in Connecticut. She earned her Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) credential in 2015.

Christina Harley, CFRE, has worked for YMCAs in Ontario since 1999, beginning as a lifeguard, then holding a variety of roles in day camp, aquatics, membership, and before and after school programs. For the past 13 years, Christina has enjoyed strengthening philanthropy at the YMCA of Southwestern Ontario. Currently she is the VP of Development. Christina successfully completed her Certified Fund Raising Executive in 2012. She serves on NAYDO Council and was the NAYDO 2016 Conference Co-Chair in Detroit.

Jennifer Yeomans, CFRE, is Chief Development Officer at YMCA Southwestern New Brunswick. Jennifer started her Y career in 2018 as Fund Development Coordinator. Before that she was busy raising 3 boys and volunteering her time at the West Side Co-Op Preschool as Fundraising Chair. Jennifer currently leads fundraising efforts at the Y including volunteering, as well as overseeing the marketing and communications department. She also provides support to the membership team, helping to build a better culture of philanthropy in the organization.

CFRE, is the Vice President, Philanthropy at YMCA Calgary. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of YMCA Calgary’s Fund Development Program and serves as a member of the Y’s Senior Leadership Team. Jennifer has 20+ years of experience working with not-for-profits in Canada and the United States focusing on fundraising, project management, relationship building, and volunteer training. Before joining YMCA Calgary, she was with the United Way of Calgary & Area and the WindsorEssex Community Foundation.

Meg George is a strategist whose focus is on high-impact major giving and philanthropic investments. She advises nonprofit organizations on a relationship-centered approach to raising funds. She’s fulfilled by advancing organizations‘ missions through strategies that secure institution-changing, impactful support. In addition, Meg advises corporations and families on strategic, intentional giving to maximize their philanthropic impact, unite their workforce or family, and find fulfillment in investing in meaningful causes. Her area of expertise is next-gen philanthropy, and her debut children’s book about philanthropy launched November 2023.

Phil George is philanthropy professional who develops and implements best practices for organizational long-term sustainability. His law experience spans corporate restructuring, higher education, and entrepreneurship. Phil welcomes complex projects and seeks impact-oriented initiatives in order to develop a keen understanding of clients’ unique needs and set plans & strategies.

Randy Klassen is an accomplished leader, known as a community builder and for his ability to build dynamic teams. During his 28-year YMCA career, he created an active Funds Development program including Annual Campaigns, Capital Campaigns, and a Planned Giving Endowment program. He is a Certified Fund Raising Executive. Currently, Randy is a Fund Development Consultant with TR Leadership Consulting. Randy is a long-time NAYDO presenter and volunteer. He served as a Council Member and on many committees.
Director of External Communications, YMCA of San Diego County
Dan Cruz is a public relations strategist with over 15 years of experience in media relations and strategic communications. Dan joined the YMCA of San Diego County in 2021 as the Association’s Director of External Communications, where he leads the organization’s Public Relations outreach and Social Media content strategy. Before joining the YMCA, Dan served as the Vice President of Public Relations at Competitor Group, Inc. (CGI), a media and event company dedicated to endurance sports such as running, cycling, and triathlon. Dan lives in San Diego, where he enjoys spending quality time with his two sons, who love playing basketball, swimming, and attending Summer Camp at the Y.
Director Corporate Partnerships & Strategic Initiatives, YMCA of Greater Boston
Before coming to the Y, Eileen was a senior manager in a global practice at Deloitte. After almost 10 years at Deloitte, she ran a Boston nonprofit for STEM enrichment for middle school youth that also established and was connected to a middle school/high school for girls in Rwanda. At the Y, Eileen served as an executive director at the Huntington Avenue YMCA in Boston, the first Y in the United States. She now supports national/global companies to engage with the YMCA of Greater Boston through corporate partnership initiatives that include branding and integrated digital marketing strategies, brand lift through storytelling/content creation, collaborations for leadership development/team building initiatives/ volunteerism & employee engagement. Together with our partners, the Y is developing strategies, insights and personalization based on shared impact and member/customer goals.
