This year, we will bring together emerging voices and established leaders from the region in a collaborative environment, with a clear focus: to promote social impact and financial sustainability.
Through training in technical skills, together with knowledge exchange, experiences, and best practices, we will strengthen leaders to adapt to complex environments. In addition, we will promote innovation and the construction of solid foundations that guarantee long-term sustainability, creating collaborative networks that enhance the social impact of YMCA in the region.
