Transgender people have historically been an invisible and excluded group that has experienced waves of violence and constant hatred, and have suffered a high vulnerability of such basic rights as identity, which prevents their full development.

Entrelazando caminos is a project that seeks to accompany the construction of a life project based on rights through the development of skills for labor inclusion, entrepreneurship and public advocacy of trans people through training workshops. It aims to improve development opportunities for trans people, empowering them through the development of socioemotional and productive skills and the defense and promotion of their rights.
