Governance

Governance

At YMCA, we believe in clear, strategic, transparent, and responsible governance.
The governance of YMCA in Latin America and the Caribbean is built upon the five subregions (Andean, Brazil, Caribbean, Southern Cone, Mesoamerica), which recognize historical roots, cultural identities, and subregional trade and integration systems.

Each of these subregions has representation in the regional Executive Committee and, at the same time, an Executive Coordinator for each subregion, who, along with the Executive Secretariat, forms the structure of governance and management.
